Enabling WP8 and Metro
To enable the Windows Phone 8 and Windows Store functionality, simply go to the Assets/Easy Save 2 menu and select Enable or Update Windows Phone 8 or Enable or Update Windows Store accordingly.
Limitations of WP8 and Metro
Currently Windows Phone 8 and Windows Store have the following limitations:
- Encryption is supported, but you won’t be able to load the save data on other platforms.
- You cannot save or load 2-Dimensional Arrays due to an unresolved bug with Unity.
- Folders and absolute paths are not currently supported.
Aside from these limitations, Easy Save 2 on Windows Phone 8 and Windows Store works the same as any other platform.
